I have a background in construction and was a licensed home inspector in North Carolina. To get licensed in North Carolina requires 120 hours of accredited classroom training plus 80 hours of field training, a background check and state exam before licensing.

I started Podium Home Inspections after moving back to Idaho in 2014 and have been doing inspections here in the Treasure valley for over 9 years.
